Key Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Freshers Welcome)
  
• Excellent Communication Skills in English Mandatory
  
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  
• Basic computer knowledge
  
• Immediate joiners preferred
  

Job Role:

• Handle inbound/outbound calls for customer support
  
• Resolve queries and ensure customer satisfaction
  
• Maintain call quality and adhere to process guidelines
  
• Accurately document customer interactions
