Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage chargebacks, disputes, and refunds for various payment methods (credit card, debit card, wallet).
  
• Ensure timely resolution of transaction issues within SLA guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex transactional queries.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate degree (B.A/B.B.A/B.M.S/ B.Com) from a recognized university.?
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  
• Proficiency in banking processes, including card payments, dispute management, and transaction processing.
• US Shift (5:30 PM to 2:30 AN) and Both side cab +Meal
• Immediate joiner
