Shift: Night Shift (8:30 pm-5:30 am)

Job Description:
We're hiring a motivated Telesales Executive to join our EdTech sales team. You'll make outbound calls to students and educators in the U.S., promoting our online courses and learning solutions. Your goal will be to generate leads or communicate the information about the courses through effective communication and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to U.S. leads (students & professionals)
  
• Understand learning needs and recommend suitable programs
  
• Follow up on leads.
• Daily calling to candidates overseas, up to 70-90 calls in a day
• Finding people from the database and calling them, and pitching
  

Requirements:

• 1+ year telesales or inside sales experience/telecalling
  
• Excellent spoken English and U.S. market understanding
  
• Comfortable working U.S. hours (night shift)
  
• Familiar with CRM tools and basic tech platforms
