Location: Bangalore (Field-based, Onsite)
Eligibility: ITI Graduates (Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, etc.)
Experience: 02 years (Freshers welcome!)

About the Role:

We are hiring Customer Engineers to provide onsite technical support and maintenance for our clients across Bangalore. If you're an ITI graduate looking to build a career in hardware support and field services, this is your chance!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform onsite repairs and maintenance on Tier I equipment: PCs, printers, POS systems, ATMs, kiosks, etc.
• Assist in installation and setup: cable laying, equipment staging, and basic testing.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and modular replacements.
• Respond to customer issues and ensure resolution or escalate as needed.
• Maintain ownership of incidents until resolved within SLA timelines.

Who Can Apply:

• ITI graduates in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Hardware.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore for onsite support.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
