Principal Cloud Support Engineer OCI Multi cloud Support

Department: Cloud Support / Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Job Summary:

Provide expert-level support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and multi cloud environments. Resolve complex issues and guide customers on best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot OCI and multi cloud integration issues.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture and deployment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for escalations.
• Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base.
• Ensure SLAs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in cloud support or engineering.
• Deep knowledge of OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Oracle certifications preferred.
