Oracle HCM Technofunctional Consultant
EXP - 4 TO 8 Years
Shift Timings - 6.30 PM to 2.30 AM
Role & responsibilities
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Techno-functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM). The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of functional and technical skills, enabling them to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. This role is crucial for our implementation projects in the Oracle HCM Cloud space, requiring a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and reporting.
1- Strong Techno-Functional Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud
- At least 5+ years hands-on experience across both functional (fit-gap, FDDs, configuration) and technical (Fast Formulas, HDL, OIC, HCM Extracts, OBI) areas.
- Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions.
- Integration & Data Migration Skills
- Proven track record in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, PBL, HCM Extracts.
- Practical experience in end-to-end data migration and system integrations.
- Module Specialization
- Deep expertise in one or more HCM modules (Core HR, Talent, Workforce Management, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, etc.).
- Bonus if candidate has worked on multiple modules or Indian Payroll localization.
- Reporting & Analytics Proficiency
- Strong command of OBI / OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Analytics.
- Capable of building, customizing, and troubleshooting dashboards/reports to meet client needs.
- Implementation & Communication Experience
- Experience in multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Excellent client-facing communication skillscan lead workshops, mentor juniors, and provide post-go-live support effectively.
