You will work on cutting-edge technology, make a real impact on patient care, and be part of a high-performing, collaborative team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the product vision and roadmap for your assigned squad: Work with stakeholders to define success criteria, prioritize features, and drive iterative development. - Lead your squad to ship enterprise SaaS products and enhancements: Bridge the gap between product vision and execution, guiding your team through the development process. - Deeply understand your users: Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable product decisions. - Partner with engineers and designers: Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure product specifications are clear, feasible, and aligned with user needs. - Communicate effectively across the organization: Keep stakeholders informed, build consensus, and advocate for your product with passion and clarity. **Qualifications Required:** - Experienced product leader with a proven track record of successful launches and feature ownership. - Passionate about data-driven decision making and agile product development. - Expert in user research and translating customer needs into product solutions. - Strong communicator with a talent for collaborating across teams (engineering, design, marketing). - Champion of building and empowering product squads to achieve shared goals. If you have experience in the healthcare or AI space, understand Agile methodologies, thrive in fast-paced environments, can code or have strong technical understanding, and are a data-driven decision-maker with a knack for problem-solving, it would be considered as bonus points.,
