Job Description
- As a Manager/ Sr. Manager - HeiFlow Product Specialist at Genpact, you will be responsible for supporting HeiFlow end users from a technical perspective, facilitating tool performance management, and participating in the implementation of new features in HeiFlow (ServiceNow). You will work closely with developers to resolve identified bugs, create system and process documentations, and maintain HeiFlow templates. Additionally, you will conduct data analysis across work streams for process performance reporting and support the Operational Excellence team with HeiFlow reporting. Your role will also involve gathering business requirements, coordinating activities, and maintaining approval & assignment groups in HeiFlow. Furthermore, you will supervise testing activities with OpCos teams, help with the implementation of new features, and manage periodic system upgrade processes. Lastly, you will facilitate and maintain periodic HeiFlow training sessions for the organization and act as a backup for PO activities. Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance or accounting - Relevant experience in finance/data/accounting with excellent analytical skills - Good understanding of financial processes Preferred Qualifications/ Skills: - Basic understanding of technical aspects of workflow solutions - Experience in working with Service Workflow management Tools and ERPs - Customer-oriented with a general understanding of business processes - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently - Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders, proactive in issue-solving, and drive for continuous professional development - Traveling up to 20% may be required - Excellent communication skills, ability to explain priorities to senior stakeholders, influence processes, and lead teams If you are passionate about driving innovation and making a significant impact in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at Genpact.,
