Job Description

    As a part of Infosys BPM's Service Desk Voice Support team in Pune, your role will involve providing top-notch support to global clients via calls, chat, and email. You will be troubleshooting technical issues related to VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory, operating systems, basic networking, and productivity tools like Microsoft Office. Utilizing ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control-M, you will own the issue, analyze it, and provide efficient and timely resolutions. Your main goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction adds value and leaves them satisfied. Key Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch support to global clients via calls, chat, and email - Troubleshoot technical issues related to VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory, operating systems, basic networking, and Microsoft Office - Utilize ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control-M - Analyze and provide efficient, timely resolutions - Ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability - Confidence in handling and resolving technical queries independently - Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment with rotational US shifts - Comfortable with a Work From Office (WFO) setup in Pune Joining Infosys BPM will offer you a chance to work with a global brand that provides structured career growth opportunities.
