Finance Professional

Role Overview:
The Finance Professional will be responsible for end-to-end finance operations including accounting, compliance, payroll, audits, and financial analysis. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to partner with leadership to enable financial decisions that drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end accounting operations, reconciliations, and reporting.
Handle statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, PT, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports, variance analysis, and board-level presentations.
Ensure timely payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Manage vendor payments, receivables, and cash flow forecasting.
Work with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks for audits and compliance.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Maintain systematic documentation and secure record-keeping in line with ISO 9001 ISO 27001.
Ensure internal financial controls are in place to prevent risks and maintain compliance.
Skills Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.
Hands-on experience in Tally ERP, Zoho Books , or similar accounting platforms.
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros preferred) for MIS and analytics.
Strong understanding of payroll management and statutory compliances.
Ability to create accurate financial reports, dashboards, and insights for leadership.
Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Preferred:
CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) qualification.
Experience in IT services / consulting industry.
Exposure to international taxation and financial due diligence.
