We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive successful project delivery across multiple client engagements.
Role Overview:
The Associate Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing SaaS product implementation projects from initiation to delivery. This role requires strong project management skills, stakeholder handling, and a deep understanding of SaaS-based solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and manage cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS implementation and integration projects.
Work closely with Co-Founders, product, engineering, and support teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and expectations alignment.
Monitor project progress using tools like Jira, Asana, Trello, or MS Project, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Track and manage resource allocation, budgets, and project documentation.
Identify potential risks, escalate issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure customer success by delivering projects on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Support senior project managers in strategic initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM is a plus).
4 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS / product-based / IT services organization.
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and software implementation processes.
Proven experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence, MS Project, or similar).
Excellent communication, client-handling, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving ability, with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent (not mandatory but an advantage).
