Job Description
- As a Curriculum Designer specializing in AI & Robotics, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and enhance engaging and age-appropriate learning modules for students across K-12 and higher education levels. Your role will involve integrating cutting-edge technologies, practical projects, and real-world applications to provide a future-ready educational experience in line with Inventant Education's vision. Key Responsibilities: - Design structured curricula for AI and robotics tailored to various grade levels. - Develop lesson plans, teaching aids, project-based activities, and assessments. - Ensure alignment with NEP 2020 guidelines, STEM education standards, and global best practices. - Create interactive content such as manuals, worksheets, videos, and simulations. - Integrate emerging AI tools, coding platforms, and robotics kits into the learning modules. - Design capstone projects and competitions to enhance experiential learning. - Develop teacher guides and facilitator manuals for effective curriculum implementation. - Conduct teacher training sessions, workshops, and orientation programs. - Provide ongoing academic support to educators. - Stay updated on AI, robotics, coding, and STEM education trends. - Benchmark curriculum against global education programs and suggest improvements. - Collaborate with product and operations teams for curriculum rollout. - Customize curriculum for schools and educational partners. - Offer academic insights for marketing, demos, and exhibitions. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong grasp of AI concepts, machine learning fundamentals, and robotics principles. - Experience with STEM robotics platforms like Arduino, LEGO Mindstorms, Raspberry Pi, or similar. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Scratch, or Blockly. - Ability to design hands-on learning experiences for students. - Excellent curriculum writing, documentation, and presentation skills. - Research-oriented and innovation-driven mindset. - Effective communication and team collaboration abilities. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Robotics, Electronics) or Education with STEM specialization. - 2-5 years of experience in curriculum design or STEM education (AI & Robotics focus preferred). - Certification or hands-on experience with robotics kits and AI tools is advantageous. In this role, you will be evaluated based on the quality and innovation of the curriculum and resources created, successful adoption of the curriculum in partner schools, teacher and student satisfaction ratings, number of integrated projects and competitions, and alignment with Inventant's vision for future-ready education.,
