TECH MAHINDRA LIMITED offers you an opportunity to join one of India's largest international telecom BPOs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Voice Process and Chat process
• Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones
• Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

LOCATION : Yerwada, Pune, Maharashtra
Age Limit-18 To 42 YearsEligibility:

• Excellent communication skills
• HSC/Graduate candidates with minimum 6 months international voice and chat experience in a BPO.
• Ex-Employees can also apply, subject to eligibility.

Compensation:

• Experienced Candidates: Upto 5 LPA for voice process+ performance based incentives
• Experienced Candidates: Upto 4.5 LPA for voice process + performance based incentives

(depending on your last CTC and performance in the interview and process)
Shift Requirements:- Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts 24*7
