Tech Mahindra Hiring for UK/US process


*Eligibility: - HSC/Graduate with minimum 12 months of INTERNATIONAL BPO experience (Voice)

Ex- Employees are welcomed, subject to eligibility.


Candidates should be comfortable in working from Office.


Transportation Boundary- (Church gate to Virar, CST to Thane, CST to Vashi)


*Benefits: - Salary Offered + Performance Incentives + OT


Transportation facility within boundaries.

(Home Pickup OR drop between 8PM to 7AM)


Location: Mumbai, Malad (W)


Process: Canadian /UK Customer Service Process


Designation: Customer Relations Advisor


Roles and Responsibilities


Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints effectively.


Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.


Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.


Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with empathy and professionalism.
