Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Recruiter who has experience with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Bangalore, India
Role Responsibilities: Execute the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management. Meet and exceed recruitment targets (number of hires, time-to-fill, etc.) by proactively sourcing, screening, and securing qualified candidates. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications. Utilize job boards, databases, and social media to source and attract candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule technical and HR interviews with hiring managers. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process from screening, interview, selection, offer to onboarding process. Maintain and update recruitment reports and dashboards. Stay updated on market trends and implement best hiring practices. Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as a great place to work. Work closely with hiring managers to understand department needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

Requirements and Skills: 3 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency). Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools. Strong knowledge of screening techniques and interview methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment reporting tools.
Educational Background: Any full time Bachelor s degree, preferred Human Resources or a related specialization. Full time MBA/MSW/PGDM in Human Resources or a related specialization, from a recognized university or institution.
