Salesforce Business Analyst @ Tech Mahindra

Job Description

• Overall 8-10 years experience, including 2+ years in vlocity OM, EPC/CPQ and 4+ years in role of BA
• Experience in Telco CRM
• Should be able to discuss requirements with Client related to SFDC and Vlocity
• Should be able to analyse client requirements and propose OOTB Standard functionality to business
• Experience with Vlocity Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and Vlocity Enterprise Product Catalogue (EPC) and Experience with Vlocity Order Management (OM) modules
• Document User Stories, discuss requirement with Designer & Development team
• Give Demo to business
• Knowledge of Sales, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Mulesoft will be added advantage
• Experience in JIRA, Confluence
• Well versed with Agile
• Salesforce Certified
