We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead with a strong background in .NET and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, managing project delivery, and ensuring high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end software development projects using .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure integration with Microsoft Azure services, SQL Server, and other enterprise platforms.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 to 8 years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, .NET Core, Entity Framework.
• Experience with front-end technologies like Angular/React, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps).
• Proficient in SQL Server and database design.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
