Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE: Trainee Marketing Intern
Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of marketing and outreach initiatives, including campaigns, content creation, and lead generation.
- Create and support communication collateral such as mailers, posters, presentations, social media assets, blog posts, newsletters, and campaign content
- Assist with market research and campaign performance tracking, including competitor analysis, data collection, and reporting insights
- Help distribute marketing materials and manage updates in company databases and CRM systems
- Organize and support event-related activities and internal marketing forums (if applicable)
- Optional exposure to inside sales, including lead generation, outreach, and follow-up support
- Collaborate with the Product team on messaging, positioning, and marketing communication strategies
- Support internal branding efforts through employee forums or clubs, enhancing company culture and visibility
Candidate Requirements:
- 3- 6 months of experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Creative thinker with an ability to design and conceptualize engaging communication materials (posters, mailers, presentations)
- Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and a willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interest in marketing, product management, or sales domains
