Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies and collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and goals.

Sourcing: Actively find and attract IT professionals through diverse channels like Linkedin, Naukri,Monster.com,Indeed,Shine etc.

Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes,conduct initial phone screenings,perform techincal assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications,experience and technical skills

Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers,negotiate salary and benefits, and manage the paperwork for the new hires..

Onboarding: Assist with the new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should have good Technical knowledege, where stay updated on current technological trends, new products and different areas of IT industry,
• Should maintain a strong network with IT professionals by participating in tech conferences and local meetups.
• Maintain strong communication skills for interacting with candidates,hiring managers,and with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ATS and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and the hiring process.
• Willing to work in flexible hours.
• Should have the capability of handling work pressure under any circumstance.
