Job Description
- Role Overview: You will be responsible for tax compliance work, ensuring adherence to existing, proposed, and new tax regulations. Your main focus will be on preparing data for Transfer Pricing Audit, working with tax auditors, and closing yearly tax audits. Additionally, you will acquire essential information for the computation of Advance Tax and reconcile TDS recovery on expenses for tax audit purposes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare data for Transfer Pricing Audit for related party transactions - Work with tax auditors to close yearly Tax audit and Transfer Pricing Audit - Acquire vital information for computation of Advance Tax - Reconcile TDS recovery on expenses for tax audit purposes Qualifications Required: - Minimum 6 years of experience in Direct Taxation - Validate information before filing tax returns for SGRE entities - File quarterly withholding tax returns and update defaults in the tax portal - Obtain withholding tax certificates from the portal for vendors and transmit them - Create vendor codes, purchase orders, and GRN for tax service providers - Prepare details for Income tax and withholding tax assessments - Assist in filing income tax and tax audit related returns About The Team: Siemens Gamesa, part of Siemens Energy, is a global leader in energy technology with a rich legacy of over 150 years.
