Job Description

1. Inside Sales Associate (ISA) - 5 Positions

Key skills
Sales, Lead Generation, Client Communication, Negotiation, CRM Tools, Target Achievement

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain healthcare training programs and services.
Convert leads into enrollments by explaining program benefits.
Maintain CRM database and track leads.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

2. Business Development Associate (BDA) - 5 Positions

Key skills
Field Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Relationship Management, Communication, Negotiation, Willingness to Travel

Role & responsibilities

Visit institutions and partners across Telangana for business development.
Generate leads and onboard new clients for healthcare training programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision makers.
Report daily/weekly field activities and progress to Sales Manager.
Support marketing campaigns with field-level execution.

Preferred candidate profile for the above roles-

Graduate with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Prior field sales / business development experience preferred.
Should be comfortable with frequent travel across Telangana.
