Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, etc.)
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
  
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  
• Support in employer branding initiatives (e.g., social media posts, job fairs, content creation)
  
• Conduct market research on talent trends and salary benchmarks
  
• Help with onboarding processes and documentation for new hires
  
• Assist the TA team in other HR-related projects as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
  
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a team environment
