Locations - Surat , Ahmedabad , Delhi NCR & Jaipur (Bangalore to be planned)
Job Role: Inside Sales Field BDR PayPal India
Job Type: Remote.
Reporting To: Senior PayPal Resource
Travel: Required within the assigned location
Job Description:
Experience:
- 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in the same location
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard cross-border merchants for PayPal India
- Drive growth through strong hunting and lead generation skills
- Represent PayPal as the face of the brand in the assigned region
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with local export agencies, associations, and logistics partners
- Understand and address exporters pain points and business needs
- Expand PayPals reach and distribution through partnerships and networking
Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Payments, preferably Cross Border
- Familiarity with the Export Ecosystem of the location
- Knowledge of local export agencies, associations, and logistics partners
- Excellent communication skills:
- Local language and Hindi mandatory
- English proficiency preferred
Attributes:
- Highly accountable and self-driven
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Travel within the location
