Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Snowflake Developer and Support Engineer to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing, optimizing, and supporting Snowflake-based data solutions. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, data architects, and support teams to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of our data platform.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data pipelines and data models.
- Implement data ingestion and transformation processes using Snowflake SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
- Optimize Snowflake queries and manage performance tuning.
- Provide L2/L3 support for Snowflake-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor Snowflake usage, storage, and compute costs; implement cost optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data security, governance, and compliance within Snowflake.
- Automate routine tasks and build monitoring dashboards for proactive support.
