Job Description

    1. Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    2. Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers.
    3. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs.
    4. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
    5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
