Job Description

As a Senior Analyst based in Vijayawada, India, with 0-2.5 years of experience, your main role is to ensure a positive customer experience and high CSAT scores. This involves resolving issues with First Call Resolution and maintaining a minimum average handling time. Your key responsibilities include: - Achieving KPI targets - Following defined processes - Adhering to ITIL delivery & quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies - Attending customer calls/chats/emails and resolving tickets within agreed SLA of ticket volume and time - Maintaining high login efficiency for customers - Documenting risks, issues, mitigation plans, and supporting in the execution of BCP/DR plans - Working on value-adding activities such as updating the knowledge base and self-development.
