    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage inbound and outbound calls from US-based customers

    • Provide accurate information regarding products and services

    • Handle queries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy

    • Log customer interactions and call details in the system accurately

    • Meet performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and CSAT

    • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues effectively

     

    Job Requirements:

    • Experience: 0 to 4 years in International BPO / Voice Process / Customer Support

    • Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)

    • Willingness to work night shifts (US timing)

    • Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

    • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
