US IT Recruiter Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with a focus on the US IT market.

- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Experience using various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
