US IT Recruiter Requirements and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally with a focus on the US IT market.
  • Strong understanding of the US IT landscape and current market trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Experience using various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other job boards.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Knowledge of US employment law and visa requirements.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience working with a variety of recruitment tools and technologies.
