Technical Skills:

Proficiency: Hands on experience and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms like LinkedIn.
Knowledge of HRMS & ERP
Knowledge of basic HR concepts, Labour Laws
Attention to Detail

Education Qualification: Any Graduate, Preferred MBA in HR / Marketing

Reporting to: Circle HR- Head

Stakeholders:

Internal: Circle CEO, All function heads, Circle HR Head, HR & Admin Lead, HR & Admin Team members, All associates, All onroll Employees, SCM Team members, Corporate POCs, Other circle team members
