About the Role:

Precision Group is looking for a System Integration (SI) Business Development Professional who is passionate about building a career in IT Infrastructure and Hardware Solutions Sales. This role is ideal for MBA marketing graduates from premium institutes who are eager to learn, grow, and make an impact in enterprise technology sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development for SI hardware products and solutions.
  • Sell and promote enterprise-grade hardware such as:
  • Servers (Rack, Tower, Blade Servers)
  • Enterprise Storage Solutions (SAN, NAS, Backup Appliances, Tape Libraries)
  • Networking Equipment (Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points, Network Cabling Solutions)
  • Firewalls & Security Appliances (UTM, NGFW, VPN solutions)
  • Data Center Solutions (Racks, Cooling, Power Solutions, Structured Cabling)
  • Cloud Infrastructure Hardware & Virtualization Platforms
  • Work closely with senior sales leaders, OEM partners, and internal technical teams.
  • Learn client engagement, consultative selling, and solution positioning.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets through proactive lead generation and client interactions.

Required Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing from a premium institute.
  • Passion for technology, excellent communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to learn quickly.
