If this sounds like a good fit for you, check out boomi or visit our Boomi Careers page to learn more, The Lead Developer will oversee the offshore development team, ensuring the accurate implementation of solutions as per the project requirements using the Boomi platform, including the development and integration of AI-powered agents
They will also be responsible for providing technical guidance, mentoring, and training to other developers in both traditional integration patterns and emerging AI technologies, Location Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of solutions using Boomi platform services including Boomi Integration, B2B/EDI Management, API Management, Master Data Hub, Flow, and Event Streams, Architect and oversee the implementation of AI agents, ensuring proper integration with existing Boomi services and maintaining scalability and performance standards, Design and implement sophisticated prompting strategies and context management systems for AI agents, Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards across the entire Boomi platform, including AI agent development patterns, Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand and refine project requirements, particularly in areas involving AI capabilities and agent implementations, Conduct code reviews, ensuring quality and consistency across the development, including evaluation of AI agent implementations and integration patterns, Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support throughout the development lifecycle, Create and maintain technical documentation including internal troubleshooting guides, with special attention to AI agent deployment and maintenance procedures, Develop public-facing documentation such as community articles, and contribute to the creation of write-ups describing the value of the recipes for Discover, Engage with the Boomi community, sharing knowledge and best practices while also gathering feedback to improve the solutions developed, Adhere to best practices developed by the Boomi Architecture and Development Team
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, 10+ Years of experience, Proficient in the entire Boomi platform including Boomi Integration, B2B/EDI Management, API Management, Master Data Hub, Flow, and Event Streams, Strong understanding of LLM architectures, including transformer models, attention mechanisms, and embedding techniques, Experience implementing production-grade AI agents, including prompt engineering, context management, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, Proven expertise in developing reliable testing frameworks for AI agent validation and performance monitoring, Knowledge of vector databases and efficient methods for managing large-scale embeddings in production environments, Experience with AI agent orchestration patterns and their integration with enterprise systems, Proven experience in leading a development team, Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills, Excellent communication, documentation, and team leadership skills, Demonstrated ability to balance traditional integration patterns with emerging AI capabilities, Boomi is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment
