Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and driven Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across various roles in technology.

5 Days work from office is mandatory

Job Location: Indra Nagar

Exp: 3 to 6 Years

Only Male candidates

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand technical hiring needs.
• Source candidates using advanced search techniques.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing screening interview coordination offer negotiation onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical talent.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter (in-house or agency).
• Strong knowledge of technical roles (QA is advantage)
• Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
