Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B-focused marketing strategies, with exposure to B2C/B2B2C initiatives.
- Drive brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Plan and execute physical events, trade shows, and partner programs to strengthen market presence.
- Manage digital creatives using Canva, PowerPoint, Word, and other design tools; coordinate with creative/print agencies and suppliers.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Lead and mentor a team of 24 marketing associates and inside sales colleagues.
- Collaborate closely with partners, sales teams, and external vendors to maximize marketing ROI.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication skills fluent in English (written and spoken) with creative flair.
- Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital campaigns (setup, monitoring, optimization, reporting).
- Hands-on exposure to event management and on-ground execution.
- Technology marketing mindset with strong alignment to sales goals.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and partner management skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced IT/Infosec environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in IT/Infosec marketing.
- Prior experience in managing teams and agency relationships.
