We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting top talent to onboarding new employees. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver the best-fit candidates across various functions.

Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle RecruitmentManage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Handle hiring across departments and levels as per organizational requirements.
Job Posting & Talent SourcingCreate compelling job postings and publish across portals, company website, and social media.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, job fairs, and external agencies.
Review applications and conduct initial screening calls.
Shortlist and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaboration with Hiring ManagersUnderstand hiring needs, team structures, and job specifications.
Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.
Candidate Experience ManagementEnsure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
Draft and extend job offers.
Negotiate terms and ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and legal standards.
Facilitate the onboarding process including induction, documentation, and system setup.
Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth joining experience.
Maintain an up-to-date Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and manage a talent pipeline for future requirements.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
Use analytics to optimize hiring strategies.
Employer Branding & OutreachRepresent the company at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and industry events.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
Evaluate and enhance recruitment practices regularly.
Stay informed of industry trends, technologies, and sourcing strategies.
