Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated OMS DOMS Lead Dot NET Engineer with strong experience in Microsoft .NET technologies, eCommerce domain expertise, and cloud-native microservices architecture (preferably AWS). The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS) and end-to-end understanding of retail commerce subsystems including Storefront, Core Commerce backend, Post-Purchase processing, Supply Chain, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain the OMS stack built using Microsoft .NET/C#, ASPX, and associated legacy components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Store/Warehouse Management, Logistics, and Post-Purchase Processing.
- Participate in development and support of microservice-based, event-driven architecture in cloud (preferably AWS).
- Build, deploy, and maintain server-based and serverless applications on cloud platforms.
- Integrate with third-party APIs synchronously and asynchronously.
- Provide L3 support, proactively monitor system KPIs, and collaborate with L1/L2 teams to resolve production issues.
- Automate standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
