Job Description

• Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Conduct user research to gain a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations- Create user personas to guide design decisions and ensure user-centered design-
• Determine information architecture to organize and structure content in a logical and intuitive manner-
• Create user flows and wireframes to visualize and communicate design concepts-
• Develop prototypes to test and refine design concepts- Conduct user testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement-
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure design solutions meet business goals and user needs-
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to help them grow in their roles- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge
