Job Description
- As a Product Manager at Microsoft, you will be part of the Customer Experiences Team within Business & Industry Copilots group, accountable for the end-to-end AI transformation of Microsoft Sales & Customer Success experiences. You will contribute to strategize, envision, and build the next wave of AI solutions that directly impact multi-billion dollar businesses. Your role involves collaborating with various teams and partners to deliver engaging and transformative AI solutions for Microsoft Sales, impacting millions of end-users while also driving the platform growth strategy. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product designers, architects, executives, and end-users from leading AI companies and solution providers. - Pitch AI agents" potential to transform business processes in new industries and innovative problem spaces. - Contribute to scenario envisioning, UX & technical product design, and advise on GTM/adoption. - Serve as a key contributor for Copilot platform capabilities, guiding customers and partners on technical capabilities and solution design. - Develop engagement programs to enable ecosystem growth based on designed scenarios. - Capture, frame, and drive key product insights and developer ecosystem signals to shape the future of Microsoft AI platform. - Research, contextualize, prototype, and evangelize frontier technology trends. **Qualifications:** **Required:** - Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. - Demonstrable experience shipping AI applications and agents, such as conversational UX, agent frameworks, and GPT/Copilot solutions. - Experience with generative AI, cloud services architecture, or other highly technical areas. - Experience in business technology scenarios with commercial SaaS offerings or customer solutions. **Preferred:** - Cross-Functional Collaboration with engineering, business, and platform teams. - Data-Driven Insights using telemetry, performance profiling, and diagnostics. - Customer-Centric Design focusing on quality, reliability, and inclusivity. - Communication and Influence with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Continuous Improvement culture using data and experimentation. - Hands-on experience or familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack. - Ability to function autonomously, with a growth mindset and problem-solving skills. This position can be based at Hyderabad or Bangalore Microsoft India Development Center and supports up to 50% work from home.,
