Job Description
- As a Quality Analyst at Infosys BPM Ltd., your role will involve: - Having a good experience and knowledge in Quality management Systems, Process Improvement, and Service Delivery Quality Management Systems. - Demonstrating a good working knowledge of Quality Control and Quality Assurance methodologies. - Utilizing a good working knowledge of Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Lean methodologies. - Applying experience on Quality Assurance practices to lead stable and predictable process performance. - Leveraging industry-leading Quality audit platforms for improved processes. - Demonstrating the ability to analyze complex data and share key process insights. - Understanding Lean and Six Sigma concepts. - Possessing good communication skills.
