As a Tech Delivery Manager - Automation with Indian Banking experience, your role will involve: - Leading end-to-end test automation delivery for banking applications, covering digital channels, APIs, and core banking systems. - Defining and implementing automation strategies aligned with banking domain best practices and regulatory requirements. - Managing and guiding automation teams utilizing tools such as Selenium, Postman, RestAssured, and Appium. - Collaborating closely with QA, DevOps, Business Analysts, and Development teams to ensure high-quality delivery of banking applications. - Driving stakeholder engagement, governance meetings, and risk mitigation for automation programs. - Monitoring delivery metrics, ensuring adherence to timelines, and managing dependencies across multiple tracks. - Continuously improving automation processes and frameworks in alignment with CI/CD and Agile/DevOps practices. - Ensuring compliance with banking security, audit, and regulatory norms through robust testing strategies.
