Job Description
We are looking for an experienced HR professional specializing in Talent Acquisition, with a strong background in sales hiring for the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment life cycle and delivering quality hires within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand manpower requirements for real estate sales roles (e.g.,Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, Channel Sales).
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, offer rollouts, and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing channels: job portals, social media (LinkedIn),referrals, headhunting, and agency coordination.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and target candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial screening/interviews to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and metrics.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience and strong employer branding throughout the hiring process.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on sales hiring in the real estate domain.
- Strong understanding of sales KPIs and target-driven roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience hiring for Channel Sales, Direct Sales, Pre-sales in real estate.
- Strong network in the NCR real estate talent pool (or as per your location).
- Creative sourcing and market mapping abilities.
