Overview
We are seeking a capable and motivated IT Project Manager with 45 years of relevant experience to support the successful delivery of a strategic procurement systems implementation in the APAC region . The role focuses on coordinating IT workstreams that integrate Coupa with SAP and Oracle , leveraging Informatica and Oracle Fusion Middleware , and ensuring alignment with project plans and stakeholder expectations.Project Overview
  • Objective Implement Company Codes from SAP and Oracle systems into Coupa .
  • Integration Tools Informatica and Oracle Fusion Middleware .
  • Status Implementation framework is well-defined and successfully deployed across AMER and EMEA ; the current phase targets the APAC region .

    • Key Responsibilities
    1. Project Execution & Governance
  • Manage and coordinate predefined steps of the Coupa implementation to ensure on-time delivery of IT milestones and outcomes.
  • Partner with the Business Project Manager to align priorities and remove blockers.
  • Maintain and reinforce adherence to governance standards and frameworks throughout the project lifecycle.

    • 2. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Act as the main IT contact for the project across internal teams, business units, and external vendors.
  • Provide weekly updates through slide decks and verbal presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • Escalate and track risks and issues to ensure timely resolution.

    • 3. Risk & Issue Management
  • Take ownership of the RAID log for IT workstreams.
  • Update and monitor the RAID log regularly, ensuring progress from assigned owners.
  • Lead daily follow-ups to drive accountability and close open items.

    • Preferred Qualifications & Experience
  • 45 years of experience managing enterprise-level IT projects, ideally in procurement, P2P, or ERP integration.
  • Familiarity with Coupa, SAP, and Oracle systems and their integration architecture .
  • Experience working with Informatica and/or Oracle Fusion Middleware in integration projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to cross-functional stakeholders .
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in multicultural, global environments .

    • Work Schedule & Flexibility
  • Primary working hours aligned with the EMEA timezone.
  • Availability to flexibly support APAC timezones for key meetings and deliverables.
