Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
    • Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and lead nurturing
    • Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads across Telecom Operators, System Integrators, and related technology buyers
    • Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and initiate conversations to create sales opportunities
  • Sales Enablement
    • Pitch Telecom BSS and AI products & services effectively to prospects based on pain points and business outcomes
    • Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery sessions for the field sales team or leadership
    • Collaborate with presales/product teams to customize outreach with value propositions
  • CRM & Reporting
    • Maintain accurate records of lead activity, follow-ups, and opportunity status using CRM tools
    • Provide weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, outreach effectiveness, and lead-to-meeting conversions
  • Campaign Execution
    • Collaborate with marketing to run targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns
    • Support industry-specific campaigns
  • Collaboration & Learning
    • Work closely with regional sales heads and product teams to stay updated on offerings, market trends, and new use cases
    • Continuously refine messaging and strategies based on feedback from sales conversations

Key Requirements

  • 25 years of proven inside sales/business development experience in telecom
  • Strong exposure to selling Telecom BSS, OSS, or AI/Analytics platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive and confident on phone/email/LinkedIn
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound sales
  • Familiarity with telecom operator ecosystem, digital service providers, and partner networks
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
  • Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently and as part of a global sales team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or equivalent

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with Telcos across APAC, and Middle East
  • Prior exposure to CPQ, CRM, Revenue Management, or Loyalty platforms
  • Understanding of NEF/CAMARA/NaaS-related product would be a plus
