Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and lead nurturing
Build a consistent pipeline of qualified leads across Telecom Operators, System Integrators, and related technology buyers
Research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and initiate conversations to create sales opportunities
Sales Enablement
Pitch Telecom BSS and AI products & services effectively to prospects based on pain points and business outcomes
Schedule meetings, demos, and discovery sessions for the field sales team or leadership
Collaborate with presales/product teams to customize outreach with value propositions
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of lead activity, follow-ups, and opportunity status using CRM tools
Provide weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, outreach effectiveness, and lead-to-meeting conversions
Campaign Execution
Collaborate with marketing to run targeted email and LinkedIn campaigns
Support industry-specific campaigns
Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with regional sales heads and product teams to stay updated on offerings, market trends, and new use cases
Continuously refine messaging and strategies based on feedback from sales conversations
Key Requirements
25 years of proven inside sales/business development experience in telecom
Strong exposure to selling Telecom BSS, OSS, or AI/Analytics platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive and confident on phone/email/LinkedIn
Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound sales
Familiarity with telecom operator ecosystem, digital service providers, and partner networks
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms
Self-starter attitude with ability to work independently and as part of a global sales team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology or equivalent
Nice to Have
Experience working with Telcos across APAC, and Middle East
Prior exposure to CPQ, CRM, Revenue Management, or Loyalty platforms
Understanding of NEF/CAMARA/NaaS-related product would be a plus
