We are currently seeking a IT Associate Director to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN). We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Manager to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to Oversee IT Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework. The ideal candidate will have a background in ServiceDesk/End user/Infra support and a proven track record in service management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee ITSM processes based on the ITIL framework.
Review service management KPIs and performance data to ensure the service provider meets performance standards.
Oversee the quality of delivered IT services and solutions that support Healthier business requirements.
You will embrace innovation, create respective decision proposals and support/drive the design / implementation process according to IT policies and guidelines.
Collect, develop, and prioritize new business demands on an ongoing basis.
Required Knowledge and Experience
EducationA university degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
Experience:
9-10 years of overall work experience in IT Infrastructure Management.
5-7 years of relevant experience as a Service Manager, with hands-on experience in ITIL-based ITSM process design and implementation.
Skills
In-depth knowledge and experience with ITIL process.
Excellent prioritization skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, diverse, and growth-oriented environment.
Strong relationship management skills with infrastructure teams, application teams, stakeholders, business, and business partners.
Experience in overseeing the delivery of quality IT solutions that support business requirements, from direct requests to complex global strategic initiative
Ability to rapidly acquire new skills and passion for continuous learning.
Knowledge in multiple areas including:
a. Service Desk and support
b. End User support (O365/SharePoint/Teams)
c. Reporting and Dashboard
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
