Job Description

    You are being hired for the role of Customer Support and Service Desk - Voice Process with Infosys BPM Ltd. in Bangalore and Pune locations. As a Process Executive, your responsibilities will include: - Providing first-level resolution to the customers - Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, escalating more complex problems when necessary - Delivering exceptional customer service by acknowledging issues promptly, showing empathy, and using positive language - Building rapport with customers through active listening, effective communication, and attention to detail - Handling customer objections and concerns efficiently to ensure a smooth resolution - Documenting and tracking customer interactions and technical issues in the service management system - Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends for accurate information and support - Participating in ongoing training and upskilling programs to enhance technical and customer service skills To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, be willing to work in US shift timings, complete specific training programs, and adhere to non-negotiables such as 24*7 availability and working from the office. Preferred qualifications include being a full-time graduate and having additional certifications in customer service or upskilling.
