Job Description:
We are looking for experienced Account Managers in Recruitment & Staffing who can drive results by handling recruitment teams and managing client relationships. The primary focus is on achieving strong closures by effectively coordinating with clients and leading the delivery team.

Key Requirement (Most Important):

Must have prior experience in handling E&Y-GDS as a client.
Should have existing connects/POCs within E&Y-GDS.

Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor the recruitment team for consistent performance.
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client.
Ensure high number of closures and timely delivery.
Strengthen client relationships and drive business growth.

Experience Required: 6+ years in Recruitment Account Management.
