Job Title: ServiceNow Developer CSM
Location: Bangalore / Chennai- Hybrid Model
Experience Level: 3 TO 12 Years
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer (CSM) to take ownership of Customer Service Management implementations on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver solutions independently, provide technical guidance, and gradually lead a team to ensure high-quality delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) implementations.
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to design and deliver scalable solutions.
Independently develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow CSM modules.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices to junior developers.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
Act as a Tech Lead on projects, overseeing development and delivery activities.
Minimum 3to 12 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, specifically in CSM modules.
Strong experience in ServiceNow CSM configurations, workflows, and integrations.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proven experience in mentorship or team leadership roles.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
ServiceNow CSM certifications are highly desirable.
Experience as a Tech Lead in ServiceNow CSM implementations.
Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, or other modules is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
