Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT infrastructure and cloud-related roles (System Administrator, Network Engineer, IT Support Technician, Cloud Engineer, Data Center Specialist).
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial technical screening to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth selection process.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate engagement, and ensure timely onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future IT requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Prior experience in hiring for IT Infrastructure / Networking / Cloud support roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and match suitable candidates.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and good at stakeholder management.
- Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced hiring needs.
