Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize a wide range of legal agreements/contracts with clients, suppliers, and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into precise legal documents.
• Draft petitions, notices, affidavits, contracts, and other legal instruments as required.
• Conduct comprehensive research on various legal issues, including BNS, BNSS, BSA, CPC, Company Law, and Constitutional Law.
• Participate in stakeholder calls to negotiate and finalize legal clauses.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements relevant to fintech, startups, e-commerce, and payment gateway operations.

Requirements

Law graduate (LLB/LLM) with 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Prior experience in fintech, startups, e-commerce, or payment gateways (PPI compliance) preferred.

• Strong legal drafting and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
