Job Description

Role: Global Service Desk Executive (Voice Based IT Support)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: Min 0.6 Years

Salary: Upto 3 LPA

Shift: Rotational

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Remote desktop support on phone with Global users.

Troubleshooting of Windows 10, Office-365, Good experience on Active Directory, VPN, Zscaler and eager to learn new technologies.

Knowledge of ITIL Foundation with ticketing tool preferred Service Now.

Excellent communication skills required
