Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to find and engage suitable candidates for IT infrastructure roles.
• Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical skills to match candidates with job requirements.
• Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire process from initial contact to offer and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide qualified candidates for IT infrastructure positions.
• Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future IT infrastructure hiring needs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 6 months of experience in IT infrastructure, system support, or desktop support.
• Basic understanding of operating systems
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
